If you aren’t where you want to be in life, the good news is that you do have the ability to change your life, learn and grow…no matter where you are starting from today.
Having worked with thousands of people who have overcome incredible odds, gone from desperate and hopeless to achieving well beyond their dreams and controlling their destiny – it is absolutely possible.
In fact, the toughest part of change in life is becoming desperate ENOUGH to focus and give attention to the steps that will get you where you really want to be.
Apathy (doing nothing, giving up) is the REAL enemy…even though you may not realize that doing nothing is worse than screwing up, the truth is that becoming habitually conditioned to live a passive life is one of the most stressful, frustrating and damaging things you can ever do to yourself.
How can you change and escape from your life rut?
Print out the 14 principles of living a killer life, study them morning and night and begin to APPLY them to your life today.
Even if you just take 1 or 2 and start by applying them to your own life.
For example, apply the first principle by simply dedicating 15-minutes TODAY toward writing out your ideal life. What would it look like? Where would you be? What would you be doing? Who else would value you from you making this life transition?
Suspend all inner negativity, hopelessness, judgement and self-talk and just DO IT.
By simply taking this 15-minutes to write out your idea life you are taking control.
Chemical reactions will occur in your body, your brain lights up and your body will suddenly feel alive again…that’s what taking control does to the physiology and psychology of your body.
How about principle #4?
Who can you find that has achieved what you are already looking to achieve?
Find them in books, on YouTube, through Facebook or other social network – seek them out and start learning from them (fight the urge to be angry or jealous of them and instead seek to learn from them).
Now brainstorm some ways you can help people less fortunate than yourself?
Can you help someone in your community?
Can you answer questions online to help someone out?
Either one of these helps you to put principle #4 to work – and in doing so, also helps you take control and work toward constantly improving yourself as well as adding value around you.
What you will find is that the more of these principles you apply to your life, the more they will build on each other with the overall result being massive life change – something we can all use to help us get unstuck.
