Let’s look at a simple example of each…
1. Set Your Mind & Body
There is a direct link between your mind and body
To prepare for better mental health:
– Detox your body (ginger, lemon, to combat yeast, parasites and burdened liver) – Small, but critical changes to diet – Regular sleep – Moderate exercise daily
2. Manage Fear and Doubt
Single biggest obstacle to progress is doubt and fear.
Start with awareness – journal what you fear and doubt.
Combat through self-awareness, confidence, meditation and positive “go-to list”
And…
3. Daily Action
Taking action, even small steps…
a) Builds your confidence
b) Provides instant feedback
c) Speeds up results
d) Buys you influence
And then…
4. Pattern New Habits
Repeat positive steps for 3-4 weeks to embed them…
New habits will take the place of old, undesirable habits
Bad habits die hard, but disappear when new habits take over.
