The First Step To Getting Unstuck In Your Life

0

Even though it may SEEM like you are the only one that is stuck in your life, be assured that it happens to everyone – often many times in your lifetime.

The key is to make sure this feeling of being trapped or stuck in a rut in your life is simply a temporary state – lasts a day or less – and doesn’t impact every facet of your life for weeks and years to come.

Sadly, for some people, being stuck becomes the “NEW” Normal in their life and they end up living out their final years never realizing their true potential, giving up on meaningful relationships and happiness.

For others, they refuse to let procrastination, poor motivation or fear…the characteristics most often linked to being stuck…become the normal state in their life.

So How Does Getting UNSTUCK Start?

After working through multiple points in my life where I was stuck – each time getting a *little* better at it and then helping many others through mentorships, I actually put a system together that started with “Snapping” yourself out of your rut.

That book helped thousands of others achieve breakthroughs in their lives that had been tough for them to figure out in the past.

Great news…we just published the system in an easy-to-follow video training program over here at: SNAP: The 4-Part System For Getting Unstuck In Your Life

Let’s talk more about the first of the four steps…literally creating the trigger that allows you to SNAP out of your current state, change your perspective and finally get on with improving your life forever.

It’s CLEAR, you can’t improve until you create triggers that force you out of the standard ways of thinking and feeling.

The thoughts and patterns that govern your feelings, mindset and activities TODAY were formed over many, many years – so it stands to reason that you will need to put SOME work into recognizing them and snapping out of these past negative patterns.

There are many ways to do this…

  • Sometimes it’s as simple as changing your environment (I was stuck writing a book, changed to writing in a coffee shop and had it written in two weeks for example).
  • Or it could mean changing what you believe is possible by watching how others have reached where you want to be replacing limiting beliefs with limitless beliefs
  • Other times it is faithfully taking action for 14-days (despite doubt, uncertainty or fear) and only THEN assessing how it’s going.
  • Then there is interrupting your negative self-talk and visualizations that dominate most people’s minds on any given day

While there are many methods you will find to put this first phase of SNAPPING out of your life rut into practice starting today over at: SNAP: 4-Part System For Getting Unstuck In Life – the key is to interrupt what stood in your way yesterday with limitless potential of how you can improve tomorrow.
